Pricing questions
How much does construction management software cost?
Aaghaz360 costs $149, $249 or $499 a year for the whole company, set by how many projects run at once. The Free package runs one project with no time limit. Many construction tools charge per user each month; Aaghaz360 charges per company per year, with unlimited users.
What is included in each package?
Every package has every module: projects and the daily site log, purchasing and site stores, labour and contractors, budgets, supplier and client money, and quotations. Users and storage are unlimited. Packages differ only in how many projects can run at the same time: 1, 5, 15 or no limit.

A project that is not archived and not completed, handed over or cancelled. Houses or units inside one project do not count separately, so a scheme of 50 houses run as one project uses one place.
Is the estimator included?
The free construction cost estimator on this website works today for anyone: cost per square foot, or a bill of quantities with material and labour, downloadable as Excel or PDF. An estimator inside the app, which builds an estimate floor by floor and turns it into a project, is rolling out and is not part of any package yet.

Not yet. The AI assistant, which turns one typed or spoken line about the day's labour into a draft for the project manager to approve, is rolling out and is not part of any package. Ask in your demo if you'd like early access.
Are there additional AI usage charges?
No. Nothing is charged for AI today, and no package includes an AI add-on.
Are setup and training included?
There is no setup fee. The Aaghaz360 team creates your company's workspace and emails the owner a link to set a password, and in the demo we walk you through the parts your company will use.
Are there user or project limits?
Users and storage are unlimited in every package; each file you upload can be up to 4 MB. The only limit is how many projects run at once: 1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 15 on Business and no limit on Unlimited.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, at any time: you pay the new yearly price minus the unused part of your current year. Moving to a smaller package is possible in the last 30 days of a year or after it ends.
How does annual billing work?
Packages are yearly. The Aaghaz360 team sends you an invoice, and your 12-month term starts on the day the payment is confirmed. Nothing is charged online and no card details are taken on this site. Your invoice shows the final amount.
Is there a discount?
Not in the United States: the prices on this page are what you pay, with no setup fee and no per-user fee. The launch offer on the Pakistan pricing page is for companies in Pakistan only.
Is there a Pakistan-specific price?
Yes. Companies in Pakistan pay in rupees: Rs 40,000, Rs 70,000 or Rs 150,000 a year, with 40% off the first year until 31 December 2026.

There is no time-limited trial. Every company starts on the Free package, which has every module and no time limit: it runs one project at a time. Move to a paid package when you need more running projects.
What happens when a paid year ends?
Nothing is locked or deleted. The workspace counts as Free again: every record stays, but only one project can run until you renew. The app shows a reminder in the last 30 days.
