Who we are
Aaghaz360 is a product of detSol (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website and the Aaghaz360 app, including company workspaces and the pages we send to suppliers and clients. Questions: hello@aaghaz360.com.
This website
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you view; we see only aggregated reports. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser’s privacy settings. The website runs no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to deliver and protect the site.
When you request a walkthrough, the details you type are written into a WhatsApp message or an email on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp or your email app; we then receive it like any other message and use it only to reply to you.
The construction cost estimator runs in your browser and keeps your inputs in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab; we don’t receive them. To suggest a region and currency, it asks our server which country your connection comes from; the answer isn’t stored. If you ask for a PDF report, we receive your email address and the estimate inputs to create the report, and we keep your email with a short summary (country, method, currency and total) so we can follow up about Aaghaz360. Ask us at any time to delete it.
What the app collects
Your account
- Name, work email, optional mobile number and your password, which is stored only as a secure hash.
- Sign-in records, such as when and from which device you signed in, to keep accounts secure.
- Notification settings and, if you allow push alerts, the push address your browser gives us.
Your company’s records
What your team enters to run its work: projects, clients, suppliers, contractors, workers, demands, orders, deliveries, stock, bills, payments, daily logs, photos and documents. Some of this includes personal information about other people, such as a client’s name and phone number, a worker’s wage, or a contractor’s bank or mobile wallet account. A contractor’s CNIC is stored encrypted.
Your company decides what goes into its workspace and who on its team can see it. For these records we act on your company’s behalf.
How we use it
- To run the app: sign you in, show your company its records, send the alerts and emails the app sends.
- To keep it secure: detect misuse, and keep an audit trail of changes.
- To support you when you ask, and to record package payments.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your company’s records for advertising.
Who can see it
- Your team, as their roles allow. Each company’s records are kept apart inside the database itself, and each person only sees the projects and amounts their role permits.
- Suppliers and clients you share with. A supplier sees the request or order you send them; a client sees only their own project, quotation or statement.
- Aaghaz360 staff, only to support your company, set up a workspace, or record a payment. Staff actions in a workspace are logged.

We use these providers to run Aaghaz360. Each only processes data to provide its service to us.

Some providers process data in other countries, for example in Singapore. WhatsApp messages and email are handled by the provider you use to send them.
Cookies in the app
The app uses one essential cookie, set by our API, to keep you signed in. If you choose “Keep me signed in” it lasts up to 30 days; otherwise it ends with your browser session. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account and company records while the account or workspace exists, so your history, ledgers and audit trail stay complete. When a paid package ends, nothing is deleted. To close an account or workspace and have its data removed, write to us; we may keep what we must for legal, tax or security reasons.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed, files sit in private storage, and access is checked on every request. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Your choices
- Update your name, mobile and notification settings in your profile.
- Switch push alerts off on your device at any time.
- Ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it, at hello@aaghaz360.com. If the information is in a company’s workspace, we will work with that company.
Children
Aaghaz360 is a business tool and is not meant for children.
