The agreement between your company and detSol for using Aaghaz360.

1. These terms
These terms apply when you create an account, create or join a company workspace, or otherwise use Aaghaz360, which is provided by detSol. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you may do so on its behalf.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- A workspace belongs to the company that created it. Its owner decides who is invited and what each role can do.
- Tell us promptly at hello@aaghaz360.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Packages and payment
- Every workspace starts on the Free package. Paid packages are yearly, priced in US dollars as shown on our pricing page when you ask for them.
- Payment is made to the Aaghaz360 team, who record it in the app. A paid 12-month term starts on the day the payment is approved.
- Upgrades during a term are priced as the new yearly total minus the unused part of the current term. Smaller packages can be chosen in the last 30 days of a term or after it ends.
- When a paid term ends, the workspace returns to the Free package. Your records are kept; only the number of running projects and the AI assistant are limited until you renew.
4. Your data
Your company owns the records it puts into Aaghaz360. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about other people, such as clients, workers and suppliers.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Aaghaz360 to:
- break the law or record information you have no right to hold;
- try to access another company’s workspace or data;
- disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service;
- send spam or misleading messages to suppliers or clients.
6. Suspension and closing
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; we will tell the owner why where we can. While suspended, data is kept. You may stop using Aaghaz360 at any time and ask us to close your workspace.
7. The service
We work to keep Aaghaz360 available, secure and accurate, and we improve it over time; features may change. Forecasts such as cost at finish are estimates. Apart from what the law does not allow us to exclude, Aaghaz360 is provided “as is”, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make with it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, detSol is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or delay, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid us for Aaghaz360 in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for important changes, tell workspace owners before they apply.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts of Pakistan.
