Construction project tracking software See which project is behind before the client calls.
Aaghaz360 is construction project tracking software for builders and contractors. The site team records progress from a phone, and every project shows how much is built against what the plan says by today, the date it will really finish at its current pace, and what it has cost so far.

What is construction project tracking software?
Construction project tracking software records how far each building job has got and compares it with the plan: the work done in each phase, the time used, the money spent and the date the job will finish at its current pace. It answers the owner's daily questions (which job is behind, by how much, and is it getting worse) without a site visit or a phone call.
It is the measuring half of construction project management software. Project management sets up the work: the phases, their dates, the tasks and the documents. Tracking compares the site with that plan every day. In Aaghaz360 both sit on the same project page, so the plan you start with becomes the baseline progress is measured against.
What to look for in construction project tracking software
- Progress recorded from site, as a percent or as the quantity done
- % complete weighted by what each phase is worth, not a simple average
- A baseline plan, so today's progress is compared with where the job should be
- A forecast finish date worked out from the recent pace of work
- Spend shown next to progress, so money running ahead of the work stands out
- Every running project on one list, with the late ones first
- Reports you can filter by project and phase, and export
Aaghaz360 does each of these in every package.
Why a job's real status is so hard to pin down
Most builders find out a job is late when the client says so. The signs were there weeks earlier, spread across people, phones and paper.
- 1Progress is a guess: “about 60%” from whoever answers the phone.
- 2Every phase counts the same, so a finished boundary wall looks as big as an unpoured slab.
- 3The plan was drawn up at the start and never compared with the site again.
- 4Photos show the work, but not whether it is ahead of or behind the plan.
- 5Money spent is read as progress, until the budget runs out before the building does.
- 6With several sites, the late one is the one nobody has called today.
Progress, time and money, tracked on every job
Tracking reads the same records as the rest of Aaghaz360's construction management software: the daily log, the phase budgets and the timeline. Nobody types progress twice, and nobody builds a status report by hand.
Progress recorded on site
The site team records progress on a phase as a percent or as the quantity completed, from a phone, next to the day's labour and material.
% built against % planned
Each project shows how much is built, weighted by phase budget, next to how much the baseline plan says should be built by today, and the day it is on.
A forecast finish date
Worked out from the progress gained over the last 30 days. When the pace drops, the finish date moves, and the job shows how many days late it is heading.
Spend next to progress
Spent, committed and forecast at finish for each phase, so you see when money is running ahead of the work.
Every running project on one list
The owner's home lists running projects with their phase and progress, over budget or overdue first, with the approvals waiting beside them.
Reports with CSV export
Phase planned against actual, daily site reports with delay days, demands past their date and more, filtered by project and phase, and exported to CSV.

Worked example · sample figures
One house, tracked on day 80
A house with four phases, a budget of $200,000 and a planned finish on day 220. This is how the three numbers at the top of its overview are worked out.
| Phase | Budget | Planned dates | Planned by day 80 | Built |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation to plinth | $30,000 | Days 1–40 | 100% | 100% |
| Ground floor structure | $50,000 | Days 41–90 | 80% | 60% |
| First floor structure | $50,000 | Days 91–140 | 0% | 0% |
| Roof and finishing | $70,000 | Days 141–220 | 0% | 0% |
| Whole house, weighted by budget | $200,000 | Day 80 of 220 | 35% | 30% |
Sample figures. Planned by today: $30,000 + 80% of $50,000 = $70,000 of $200,000, or 35%. Built: $30,000 + 60% of $50,000 = $60,000, or 30%, which is where the plan stood on day 70. Thirty days ago the house was 18% built, so it gained 12 points in 30 days, 0.4 a day. The 70 points left take 175 days at that pace: a forecast finish on day 255, 35 days after the planned day 220.
What this tracking doesn't do
Aaghaz360 tracks progress against a phase plan. It is not a scheduling tool for large, complex programmes, and it doesn't measure the work for you.
- No critical-path scheduling or task-to-task dependencies. Phases sit on a timeline, and the phases after one move when it slips.
- Progress is what the site team records. Nothing is captured from drones, 360° cameras or laser scans.
- No crew scheduling or resource levelling across projects.
- Per-phase cost estimates for estimated-versus-actual comparisons are still rolling out. Budgets per phase are live.
- It installs on a phone from the browser. It is not listed on the App Store or Google Play.
Project tracking terms, in plain words
- % built
- How much of the project's work is done, with each phase counted by its share of the budget.
- % planned by today
- How much the baseline plan says should be done by today, weighted the same way.
- Baseline
- The phase dates as first planned, kept so progress can still be compared with them after dates change.
- Forecast finish
- The date the project finishes if work keeps the pace of the last 30 days.
- Days late
- How far the forecast finish is past the planned finish.

Questions about construction project tracking software
How is % complete worked out?
Each phase's progress is weighted by its share of the budget, so a phase worth $50,000 counts five times as much as one worth $10,000. The total is rounded down, so a job never reads 100% before it is finished.
How is the forecast finish date worked out?
From the pace of the last 30 days: the progress gained in that time divided by 30 gives points per day, and the progress still to do is divided by that pace. Until there is a week of work to measure, the forecast is the plan's own finish date.
How is this different from construction project management software?
Project management sets up the work: templates, phases on a timeline, tasks and documents. Tracking measures the site against that plan. In Aaghaz360 they are the same project page.
Who records progress on site?
The site engineer or project manager records progress on each phase from a phone, as a percent or as the quantity completed.
Can I track several projects at once?
Yes. The owner's home lists every running project with its phase and progress, over budget or overdue first. The Free package runs one project at a time; Starter, Business and Unlimited run up to 5, up to 15 or any number.
Does it have a Gantt chart?
Phases sit on a timeline, and changing a phase's start or length moves the phases after it. There is no critical-path scheduling or task-level dependencies, so very large programmes still need a scheduling tool.
Can the client see progress?
If you share the project, the client sees its progress and site photos for that project only.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The Free package tracks one running project, with every module and unlimited users, and has no time limit.
