What counts as free construction management software?
Free construction management software lets a builder run a real job without paying, not just look around for a few weeks. It comes in three forms: a free plan with limits that never expires, a free trial that ends, and general task tools with a construction template. Only the first lets you run a whole job on it from start to handover.
The limits are what matter. Free plans cap users, projects or storage, and many leave out the money side: budgets, purchasing and cost reports. Before you rely on one, work out which limit a real job will hit first, and what the first paid step costs.

What the Free package doesn't include
One limit is specific to Free. The rest apply to every package today.
- Only one project runs at a time. A second running project needs Starter: $149 a year for up to 5.
- The AI assistant is still rolling out and is not in any package yet, Free or paid.
- There is no desktop download. Aaghaz360 runs in the browser and installs on a phone from there; it is not in the App Store or Google Play.
- No connection to accounting packages, no CRM and no critical-path scheduling, in any package.

Is Aaghaz360 really free?
Yes. The Free package costs nothing and has no time limit. It runs one project at a time with every module and unlimited users.
What happens when I need a second project?
Move to Starter, $149 a year for up to 5 running projects. The project you already have carries on with all its records.
Do finished projects count toward the limit?
No. Only running projects count. A project that is completed, handed over, cancelled or archived stays in your account with its records and frees the slot.
Can a scheme of several houses run on Free?
Yes, as one project with a unit per house. Units inside a project don't count as extra projects.
Is there a free construction software download?
There is nothing to download. Aaghaz360 runs in the browser and installs on a phone from there, so the site team signs in on the phones they already have.
Is there a free trial of the paid packages?
